The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships
The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) is a Japanese organization for human resources development in developing countries to promote technical cooperation through training, experts dispatch and other programs. The key objectives of the programmes are to support development of core human resources in India, promote technical cooperation and relations between India and Japan and to enhance competitiveness of Indian MSMEs through Management Training programs on Corporate, Production, Quality, Logistics Management and other related topics. The training programme also aim to strengthen and improve participants' capacities in productivity improvement and energy conservation in their companies and develop overall management capabilities to enhance productivity and improve quality.

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in collaboration with The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) is organizing training program under two different schemes. Scheme of Carbon Reduction Technology Promotion (CRTP) Programs and scheme of Official Development Assistance (ODA).

The aim is to enhance competitiveness of Indian MSMEs through these training program on Corporate Management, Production Management, Quality Management, Logistics Management and other management programs.
